ORDINANCE NO. 93-26 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM IL TO <br />CH, FOR THE PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER <br />OF C.R. 510 AND THE F.E.C. RAILROAD TRACKS, AND DESCRIBED <br />HEREIN, AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />Countyj, Florida,, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS# the Board of County Commissioners has determined that <br />this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of <br />Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request,, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOWj, THEREFOREj, BE IT ORDAINED,, by the . Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River Countys <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />From the quarter corner on the South boundary line of Section <br />28, Township 31 South, Range 39 East, run West on the section <br />line a distance of 138.85 feet to the intersection of the West <br />right-of-way line of the Florida East Coast Railroad, then run <br />North 250 051 West a distance of 27.6 feet on said railroad <br />right-of-way to a point of beginning on the North right-of-way <br />line of a county road, said North right-of-way being parallel <br />to and 25 f eet North of said South boundary line of said <br />Section 28; f rom said point of beginning run West on said <br />North right-of-way line of said County road for a distance of <br />292.15 feet, then run North 00 22' East a distance of 150 <br />feet, then run West a distance of 102 feet, then run North 00 <br />22' East a distance of 197 feet, then run North 850 521 East <br />a distance of 225 feet to the said West right-of-way of the <br />Florida East Coast Railroad, then run South 25o 05' East a <br />distance of 401.8 feet on said West right-of-way line of <br />Florida East Coast Railroad to said point of beginning, LESS <br />the South 15 feet thereof for road right-of-way. <br />Be changed from IL to CH. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in <br />said Land Development Regulations. <br />01K <br />JUN 15 1993 BOOK 8 9 PA r, F 83 020 <br />
