At the Board of County Commissioners Meeting <br />on September 30, 1986, the Board decided that the cost would be on a 75/25% split, with the county <br />paying 75% of the cost. A copy of those minutes is attached. The final assessment is as follows: <br />10th Court SW Preliminm Estimates Final Co <br />$43,487.80 - 10001b $42,635.08 - 10001b <br />$10,871.95 - 25% $10,871.95 - 25%* <br />(2552.10 Front Footage) (2552.10 Front Footage) <br />$4.26/per $4.26/per FF <br />*This fi includes 2% Tax Collector's fee. <br />r j <br />ur <br />gu <br />The final assessment roll has been preparl. and is ready to be delivered to the Clerk to the Board. <br />Assessments are to be paid within 90 days or in 2 equal installments, the first to be made twelve <br />months from the due date and subsequent payments to be due yearly from the due date at an interest <br />rate of 9IY4010 established by the Board of County Commissioners. <br />Since the final assessment to the benefitted owners is the same as the preliminary assessment roll, <br />the only alternative presented is to approve the final assessment roll. <br />It is recommended that the final assessment roll and the "As -Built Resolution" for the paving of the <br />above mentioned road be approved by the Board of county Commissioners and that it be transferred <br />to the Tax Collector for recording in the "Assessment Lien Book" and for collection. <br />39 <br />JUN 15 1993 BOOK 89 Fnii-r.838 <br />
