The IRMCD is requesting that the County release final payment (copy <br />attached) in the amount of $7,,429.16 <br />In accordance with the County's August 16, 1991 Agreement with the IRMCD, <br />the IRMCD will be responsible for operation and maintenance costs <br />associated with the completed system. <br />�� - 4� *': � I � I I I P 0 i �, , P D :to)" I I <br />kl " f� X P D � 14M <br />Staf f recommends release of f inal payment to IRMCD in the amount of <br />$7,429.16. Funding is from 309-214-541-066.51. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved <br />release of final payment to Indian River Mosquito <br />Control District in the amount of $7,429.16 for <br />construction of structures for Rotational <br />Impoundment Management Plan for Impoundment 22, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />COPY OF FINAL INVOICE <br />IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />Joe Beidler, representing the Mosquito Control District, <br />thanked the Board and County staff, especially Jim Davis and Terry <br />Thompson, for the cooperation received in this environmental <br />effort. He also mentioned other entities who gave assistance, and <br />he looked forward to future cooperative ventures for environmental <br />protection. <br />70 <br />
