The subject property,, depicted on <br />attachment 2,, consists of the following f ive non-contiguous tracts: <br />480 acres along the south side of C.R. 510 between 90th Avenue <br />and 66th Avenue. <br />360 acres along the north side of 26th Street from 90th Avenue <br />to 74th Avenue and along the west side of 74th Avenue f rom. <br />26th Street to 33rd Street. <br />400 acres along the east side of 82nd Avenue between 16th <br />Street and 5th Street S.W. <br />1200 acres consisting of: <br />• land bordered by 16th Street on the north,, 58th Avenue on <br />the east, Sth Street on the south, and 66th Avenue on the <br />west; <br />• land along the south side of 16th Street between 74th <br />Avenue and 66th Avenue; <br />• land along the west side of 66th Avenue between 16th <br />Street and 4th Street; and <br />• land along the south side of 4th Street between 66th <br />Avenue and 58th Avenue. <br />760 acres along both sides of 9th Street S.W. from 58th Avenue <br />to 74th Avenue and along the west side of 58th Avenue between <br />9th Street S.W.'and 4th.Street. <br />This proposed plan amendment has been submitted based upon the <br />results of a recent staff study (see attachment 9). That study,, <br />mandated by Future Land Use Policy 1.37, addressed the issue of <br />utility lines located in road rights-of-way,, where the subject <br />roads serve as USA boundaries.
