Release of Utility Liens <br />The Board reviewed memo from Legal Secretary Sandy Wright <br />dated July 20, 1993: <br />TO: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />FROM: Sandy Wright, County Attorney's Offi4> <br />DATE: July 20, 1993 <br />RE: RELEASE OF UTILITY LIENS <br />The attached lien releases are in proper form for the Board of <br />County Commissioners to authorize the Chairman to sign so that they <br />can be recorded. The names and projects are: <br />1. Satisfaction of Impact Fees <br />SHEEHAN/HARE <br />FILOSA <br />GERGELY <br />MONROE <br />HILL <br />BRYANT <br />DUPUIS <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved <br />the satisfaction of impact fees as listed in staff's <br />memorandum. <br />SAID SATISFACTIONS <br />ARE RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />G. Second Amendment to St. Francis Manor Lease <br />The Board reviewed memo from Assistant County Attorney Terry <br />O'Brien dated July 19, 1993: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Terrence P. O'Brien, Asst. County Atty. -y-P6 <br />DATE: July 19, 1993 <br />RE: SECOND AMENDMENT TO ST. FRANCIS MANOR LEASE <br />Frank L. Zorc, President of St. Francis Manor, has requested an <br />amendment to the original lease to allow for refinancing of the existing <br />mortgage on the property. Attached is a Second Amendment to the <br />lease which, if approved, will accomplish this objective. <br />10 <br />
