The Board award the contract to Sheltra & Son Construction Company, Inc. of <br />Indiantown, Florida and direct the Chairman to execute the agreement on behalf of the Board of <br />County Commissioners. Staff further recommends that the Board direct that all bonds, insurance <br />certificates and other formalities as required by the terms of the contract and bid documents be <br />submitted and approved by the appropriate staff departments responsible, including the Attorney's <br />office prior to issuance of a Notice to Proceed by the Department of Public Works. <br />Alternative No. 2 The Board reject the bids and not award the contract. <br />Staff recommends Alternative No. 1. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously awarded <br />Bid 31-06 to Sheltra & Son Construction Company, <br />Inc., for the CR -512 Wentworth Ditch Relocation and <br />Landscaping with conditions as set out in <br />Alternative No. 1 in staff's memorandum. <br />TURN LANE AND DRIVEWAY CONSTRUCTION - I.R.C.
