IIS -93 -11 -CS <br />RESOLUTIONS I AND II <br />BACKGROUND <br />On August 25, 1992, the Board of County Commissioners authorized the <br />Utilities Department to proceed with the design process for the <br />north side of Route 60 and on July 27, 1993 approved proceeding with <br />the assessment process for the north side of Route 60 (see attached <br />agenda item and minutes). <br />ANALYSIS <br />There are 9 properties to benefit in this assessment project. The <br />attached map displays the area to be served. Also, attached are _ <br />Resolutions I and II for the assessment project.
