Heath <br />Code Enforcement Officer <br />DATE: <br />July 22, 1993 <br />SUBJECT: RELEASE OF EASEMENT <br />David & Judy Smith; <br />Lots 2 & 4, Block 9, <br />REQUEST BY: <br />Tropical Village Estates <br />It requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of August 10, 1993. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />The County has been petitioned by David & Judy Smith, owners of the <br />subject property, for the release of the common three (3) foot side <br />lot utility and drainage easements of Lots 2 & 4, Block 91 Tropical <br />Village Estates Subdivision. It is the petitioner's intention to <br />construct a single-family residence on the subject property. <br />The current zoning classification of the subject property is RS -61 <br />Single -Family Residential District. The Land Use Designation is L- <br />21 allowing up to six (6) units per acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The request has been reviewed by Southern Bell Telephone Company, <br />Florida Power and Light Corporation, Falcon Cable Corporation, the <br />Indian River County Utilities Department and the Road & Bridge and <br />Engineering Divisions. Based upon their reviews, it has been <br />determined that there would be no adverse impact to utilities being <br />supplied to the subject property. <br />2 <br />
