RECONNENDATION:--
<br />Staff recommends to the Board, through the adoption of a
<br />resolution, release of the common three (3) foot side lot utility
<br />and drainage easements of Lots 2 & 4, being the southerly three (3)
<br />feet of Lot 2 and the northerly three (3) feet of Lot 4, Block 9,
<br />Tropical Village Estates Subdivision, according to the plat thereof
<br />as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 94 1/2 of the Public Records of
<br />Indian River County, Florida.
<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by
<br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously adopted
<br />Resolution 93-133, abandoning certain easements on
<br />Lots 2 and 4, Block 9, Tropical Village Estates, as
<br />recommended by staff.

<br />ABANDONING CERTAIN EASEMENTS ON -LOTS 2 & 4, BLOCK
<br />9, TROPICAL VILLAGE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
<br />THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 94 1/2 OF
<br />THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has easements as described below,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of those easements serves no public
<br />purpose,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County,
<br />Grantor, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose
<br />mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, to
<br />David E. Smith & Judy Smith his wife, Grantee, their successors in
<br />interest, heirs and assigns, whose mailing address is 9365 127th
<br />Avenue, Fellsmere, Florida 32948.
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all rights,
<br />title, and interest that it may have in the following described
<br />easements:
