Appointment of Warren Winchester to Land Acquisition Advisory <br />Committee <br />The Board reviewed the following letter dated 7/23/93: <br />ro <br />vy✓� c� � <br />� X93 r <br />gS�33 1993 <br />Commissioner Ken Macht <br />Indian River County <br />1945 25th Street <br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960 <br />Subject: Land Acquisition Advisory Committee <br />F97TWIlTs <br />Enclosed is my resume along with the following information below which I believe a <br />gernme, provided to you in application for one of the two vacancies on the LAAC as <br />outlined in today's Press Journal. <br />- I do not represent any specific organization or philosophy that has a direct interest or <br />definitive goal that might affect the deliberation of the Committee. <br />- I have experience in real estate management, sales and purchase, appraisals and zoning <br />which should be of value to the committee's judgments. <br />- Environmental meats and audits which should be a part of the pre -purchase <br />actions are disciplines where I have had both lands on and management experience. <br />- My personal involvement in a broad range of envitonmental organizations and issues <br />should enable me to immediately go to work on the issues facing the Committee. Some <br />of these are the Indian River Lagoon National Estuary Program, Marine Resources <br />Council, Friends of Florida Water Ways and Ducks Unlimited. <br />I trust that you will find that my appointment to the Committee can enhance its <br />capabilities and deh'berations.
