"DUKE" OSTER, P.E. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER <br />DEPARTMENT OF UTILITY SERVICES <br />AGREEMENT <br />DORIS J. BEAN AND MAC C. PIATT <br />TEMPORARY WATER SERVICE <br />Doris J. Bean and Mac C. Piatt have requested that temporary service <br />be installed from the water line on 58th Avenue to service their <br />property at 5780 35th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, prior to <br />the installation of a water main on 35th Street. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />The Agreement states that the Indian River County Department of <br />Utility Services (IRCDUS) shall provide temporary water service to <br />Doris Bean and Mac C. Piatt until such time as a water line is <br />constructed on- 35th Street, by assessment. They agree to pay all <br />fees required to make this connection. They further agree to <br />participate in the assessment and to reconnect to this water line as <br />required by IRCDUS. <br />KLCOMMEIVDATION <br />1 <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends )that the Board of <br />County Commissioners approve the attached Agreement with Doris J. <br />Bean and Mac C. Piatt on the Consent Agenda. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved <br />the agreement with Doris J. Bean and Mac C.
