<br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, met in Special Session at the County Commission Chambers,
<br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, September 7,
<br />1993, at 5:01 p.m. Present were Richard N. Bird, Chairman; John W.
<br />Tippin, Vice Chairman; Fran B. Adams; Carolyn K. Eggert; and
<br />Kenneth R. Macht. Also present were James E. Chandler, County
<br />Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney; and Diane
<br />Albin, Deputy Clerk.
<br />Chairman Bird called the meeting to order and announced that
<br />this is the second and final public hearing on a proposed ordinance
<br />amending the land development regulations (LDRs).
<br />County Attorney Charles Vitunac announced that this public
<br />hearing has been properly advertised, as follows:

<br />The Indian River County Board of Court Commissletters proposes to adopt or
