TOTAL AMOUNT OF BID $124,593.11 <br />SOURCE OF FUNDS Water Utilities Other Improvements Except <br />Building Funds <br />ESTIMATED BUDGET <br />$344,000.00 <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the bid be awarded to Driveways, Inc. as <br />the lowest, most responsive and responsible bidder meeting the <br />specifications for the annual contract. (See attached memorandum) <br />In addition, staff requests approval. by the Board for the <br />Chairman to execute the attached contract when all requirements are <br />met and approved as to form by the County Attorney. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously awarded <br />Bid #4007 to Driveways, Inc., in the total amount of <br />$124,593.11, as recommended by staff. <br />CONTRACT WILL BE PLACED ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />WHEN FULLY EXECUTED AND RECEIVED <br />G. Renewal of 3rd Party Claims Administration Services Agreement <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated September 21, <br />1993: <br />TO: James E. Chandler, County Administrator <br />THRU: Jack Price, Personnel Director <br />FROM: Beth Jordan, Risk Manage <br />ffir <br />DATE: 13 September 1993 <br />SUBJECT: Renewal; Service Agreement <br />Please consider the following for inclusion on the Board's consent agenda for the <br />September 21, 1993. <br />Background <br />In 1992, the County utilized the services of Waters Risk Management to secure insurance <br />coverages and support services for a three-year period beginning October 1, 1992.
