Florida Statutes' 125.35 provides for the sale of <br />surplus public property by sealed bids after proper advertisement.. <br />t <br />ANALYSIS: <br />A survey of all County Departments was made to ascertain whether or <br />not this property could be used in the future for their individual <br />operations.
