There <br />being none, he closed the public discussion. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously authorized <br />staff to initiate a variance application from <br />certain provisions of the subdivision ordinance to <br />allow development of Pine Lake Estates parcels that <br />were of record as of January 1983; directed staff to <br />have the road rights-of-way surveyed and assess the <br />property owners at the rate of about $48.0.8 per lot <br />to cover the cost of the survey; and accept <br />dedication of said rights-of-way, as set out in <br />recommended solutions 1 and 2 of staff's memorandum.. <br />ON MOTION By Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously authorized <br />staff to waive the $500 variance fee. <br />Deputy County Attorney Collins advised that after the survey <br />is completed and we have a legal description, a resolution to <br />accept the dedication will be prepared.
