BOOK 90 P GE 6-11 <br />Commissioner Macht indicated he was involved in beach <br />preservation efforts when he was on the Vero Beach City Council. <br />Over a million dollars and a lot of time were spent without <br />anything being accomplished. He was opposed to anything that would <br />derail the accomplishments of the BSPAC. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />It was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />Chairman Bird advised the individuals from the audience that <br />there is a lot of shoreline in the county and there probably will <br />be other projects in the future.
