2. At the September 28, 1993 meeting of the Board of County <br />Commissioners the Board approved to accept the FP & L Grant in <br />the amount of $65,500. This amount is $4,035 more than has been <br />budgeted in the 1993/94 fiscal year. This entry will allocate the <br />additional funds. <br />3. The Board approved funding to replace the carpet in the Main Library <br />in fiscal year 1992/93 for $33,750. At the meeting of September 28, <br />1993 the Board approved an additional $4,547 for a better grade of <br />carpet. This increase brings the total to $38,297. The entry <br />appropriates the funding for the carpet. <br />4. The Board of County Commissioners approved the Hazardous <br />Material Emergency Planning Agreement at their September 28, 1993 <br />meeting. The amount of the Hazardous Material Agreement is <br />$12,970. The entry appropriates the funding of this grant. <br />5. The 43rd Avenue Canal Bridge construction was started in fiscal year <br />1992/93 and will be completed in 1993/94. This entry is to allocate <br />funding for the bridge completion. <br />6. Budget reclassification entries to match General Ledger with approved <br />budgets. Entries did not take in budget system prior to shift to <br />General Ledger. <br />7. To agree General Ledger budgeted figures to Sheriffs finalized <br />approved numbers. <br />8. The Indian River Citrus Advisory Committee has made a contribution <br />of $3,600 to the Ag. Department to purchase a copier. This entry <br />allocates the funds for the purchase. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the attached budget <br />amendment 002. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously approved <br />Budget Amendment 002: <br />Booz 90 F -Au 784 <br />OCT 1 �� <br />
