Collins II - Deputy County Attorney <br />DATE: October 18, 1993 <br />SUBJECT: Fire/EMS Station - Grand Harbor <br />Through the budget adoption process and pursuant to agreement with Grand <br />Harbor, the time frame for commencement of construction of a fire/EMS <br />station on Indian River Boulevard and 45th Street has been extended by the <br />attached agreement. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Authorize the Chairman to execute the attached Agreement to Modify <br />Restrictive Covenant. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Chairman Bird being absent) approved and authorized <br />the Chairman to execute the Agreement to Modify <br />Restrictive Covenant with GHA Grand Harbor, Ltd., <br />regarding the construction of a Fire/EMS station on <br />Indian River Boulevard and 45th Street, as <br />recommended by staff. <br />AGREEMENT <br />IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />J.
