Award the bid to Allied Universal as the low bid for <br />Liquid Chlorine. <br />2. Establish an Open End Contract with Allied Universal <br />with a not to exceed amount of $45,000.00 during the <br />period. Last years expenditures totaled $36,386.00. <br />3. Authorize the Purchasing Manager to renew this contract <br />subject to satisfactory performance, zero cost <br />increase, vendor acceptance, and the determination that <br />renewal is in the best interest of the County. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously (4-0, <br />Chairman Bird being absent) awarded Bid #4016 to <br />establish an open-end contract with Allied Universal <br />for liquid chlorine in an amount not to exceed <br />$45,000, and authorized the Purchasing Manager to <br />renew this contract subject to conditions set out in <br />staff's memorandum. <br />L.
