Total Area of Development: 104,97.4 sq. ft. or 2.41 acres <br />The subject site contains two parcels, identified as parcels <br />"A" and "B". Prior to site plan release, a unity of title <br />that unifies parcels "A" and "B" into a single parcel must be <br />executed and recorded. <br />5. Total Impervious Surface: <br />Existing: 6,266 sq. ft. <br />Proposed: 19,973 sq. ft. <br />Total 26,239 sq. ft. <br />NOTE: New impervious surface on the site consists solely <br />of improvements made to accommodate parking and <br />site access. <br />6. The new driveway will <br />replace the dirt driveway currently located at the site's <br />northern boundary. Stormwater Management: The Stormwater Management Plan has <br />been approved by the Public Works Department, and a type "B" <br />stormwater management permit will be issued. <br />11. Landscaping Plan: The landscaping Plan is in compliance with <br />Chapter 926 requirements. The plan depicts a Type "C" buffer <br />between the building and the adjacent single family zoned <br />property. This buffer satisfies the specific land use <br />criteria buffer requirement for places of worship. <br />12. Utilities: The site will be serviced by the county potable <br />water system. County wastewater service is not available to <br />the site at this time. However, prior to site plan release, <br />the applicant must execute a Developer's Agreement with <br />county utilities to ensure future connection to county <br />wastewater service when such service becomes available. <br />13.
