BACKGROUND <br />On October 26, 1993, the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners approved Resolution I (93-185) and Resolution II <br />(93-186), which contained the preliminary assessment roll and set <br />the date of the public hearing for the above -referenced subdivision. <br />ANALYSIS <br />In connection with installing water lines by the Department of <br />Utility Services for Club Grove Estates (35th Court off 5th Street, <br />SW), it is necessary that the County formally accept the utility <br />easements in accordance with the subdivision plat dedication <br />certification condition. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Department of Utility Services recommends that the Board of <br />County Commissioners approve and authorize the chairman to sign the <br />attached resolution accepting the necessary utility easements. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 93-205, formally accepting for utility <br />purposes only the maintenance of streets and <br />easements, or any part thereof, in Club Grove <br />Estates Subdivision, as recommended by staff. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 93-2 0 5 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, FORMALLY ACCEPTING FOR UTILITY <br />PURPOSES ONLY THE MAINTENANCE OF STREETS <br />AND EASEMENTS, OR ANY PART THEREOF, IN <br />CLUB GROVE ESTATES SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County is in the process of installing water <br />lines in Club Grove Estates Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with this project, it is necessary for the <br />County to install its water lines in certain streets and easements, or any <br />part thereof, in Club Grove Estates Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book <br />10, Page 27, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida; <br />E <br />r �• <br />BOOK 91 FADE 111 <br />
