Finney, SRA <br />County Right of Way Agent <br />SUBJECT: Additional Right -of -Way; CR 512 and CR 510, Edmund N. <br />Ansin, 3 parcels <br />DATE: November 17, 1993 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Additional right-of-way is needed on the south side of CR 512 and <br />the west side of CR 510 for the proposed widening and intersection <br />improvements for the new Sebastian High School. <br />Additional 15' right-of-way width CR 512 .25 acres <br />Additional 60' right-of-way width CR 510 1.75 acres <br />Additional 60' right-of-way width CR 510 3.64 acres <br />ADDITIONAL R -O -W TOTAL_: 5.64 acres <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Mr. Edmund N. Ansin executed the contract for the three parcels for <br />$50,000.00 ($8,865.00 per acre). The purchase price is at a lower <br />price range than other properties the county recently purchased. <br />Staff requests the Board accept and approve the $50,000 contract <br />and direct the Chairman to execute the contract on the Board's <br />behalf. <br />FUNDING <br />Funding is available in Traffic Impact"Fee District 3,, -Account No. <br />101-153-541-066.12. <br />ON MOTION MADE by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously accepted <br />and approve the $50,000 contract with Edmund N. <br />Ansin for three parcels, as set out in the above <br />staff -recommendation. <br />Attorney Vitunac asked if there were any plans to straighten <br />out the very dangerous curve on CR -510 south of the new high <br />85 <br />I J <br />
