1 <br />1 <br />delinquent or not; <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of. County Commissioners that all <br />delinquent taxes due this date to the County for general taxes and general interest <br />& oinking fund, and all delinquent taxes of all special taxing districts, coming under <br />the jurisdiction of this Board, be paid and accepted in bonds of the County, for <br />County tax, and bonds of the several special taxing districts which are under the <br />jurisdiction of this Board; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Tax Collector of said County be, and he is hereby <br />authorized to accept on the current 1932 tax roll all interest and sinking fund taxes <br />of the general County tax levy in bonds or coupons and all interest & sinking fund <br />taxes of the several special taxing Districts he is authorized and empowered to accept <br />bonds or coupons for all interest & sinking fund taxes. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk Circuit Court accept one-half of the <br />accumulated interest on . all delinquent taxes paid in general County obligations of the <br />County; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the only persons, firms, or corporations which shall <br />be authorized to act, as tax. paying agents for this County shall be such persons,firms, <br />or eprporations who are properly qualified under the law to act as such,evidenee of <br />which shall be the filing in the office of the Clerk Circuit Court a certificate from <br />the duly authorized officer that such person, firm or corporation is so authorized and <br />qualified to act in that capacity. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded and being put to a vote was unanim- <br />ously adopted. <br />The several bills and' accounts against the County, having been audited, were <br />examined <br />and found <br />correct, were <br />approved, and <br />warrants ordered <br />is.sued'in <br />settlement <br />of same. <br />The bills <br />and accounts <br />being on file <br />in the office of <br />the Clerk <br />Circuit <br />Court. The warrants so issued from the respective funds being listed completely in <br />the County finance record, as provided by law, reference to such record and the list <br />so recorded being made a part of these minutes as fully and completely as if the said <br />warrants were set out herein in detail. <br />The County Depository filed its monthly report of receipts and disbursements of <br />the various funds of the County, which having been checked were found to be correct. <br />The Board then adjourned to meet in special session Friday, May 5th 1933 at 10:00 <br />o'clock A .M. <br />101 r , f► <br />F# <br />Ch ai :man <br />
