� , I ffi� Mo <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />It was voted on and carried unanimously. <br />ANNUAL RESOLUTION CHANGING SIGNATORY FOR BANKS <br />eooK 91 FaU 400 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 94-3, directing County depositories to <br />honor certain authorized signatures on County <br />warrants and other orders for payment. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94- 1 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, DIRECTING COUNTY DEPOSITORIES <br />TO HONOR CERTAIN AUTHORIZED SIGNATURES <br />ON COUNTY WARRANTS AND OTHER ORDERS <br />FOR PAYMENT. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County on January 4, 1994, held an election for the offices of <br />Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the County Commission did nominate and select as <br />Chairman John W. Tippin, and as Vice Chairman Kenneth R. Macht; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Jeffrey K. Barton was elected Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of Indian River County effective December 31, 1988, also <br />serves as a Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners, pursuant to <br />Section 125.167, Florida Statutes; and <br />WHEREAS, it is now necessary to reinstruct the County's <br />depositories as to the signatures necessary to honor County warrants, <br />checks, or other orders for the payment of money drawn in the <br />Commission's name, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />that: <br />38 <br />
