1. The County Commission has in the past designated certain <br />Institutions as official depositories of County funds, and such <br />designations are hereby ratified and affirmed. <br />2. Each designated depository of the Commission is hereby <br />requested, authorized, and directed to honor checks, warrants, or <br />other orders for payment of money drawn in the Commission's name, <br />including those payable to the individual orders of any person or <br />persons whose name or names appear thereon, when bearing the <br />facsimile signature of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, when said <br />check, warrants, or other orders for the payment of money equals or <br />does not exceed the sum of three thousand dollars ($3,000) . <br />3. <br />If a <br />check, <br />warrant, or <br />other <br />orders <br />for the payment of <br />money <br />drawn <br />in the <br />Commission's <br />name <br />exceeds <br />the sum of three <br />thousand dollars ($3,000), said designated depositories are authorized ° <br />and directed to honor checks, warrants, or other orders for payment <br />of money drawn in the Commission's name, only when such check, <br />warrant, <br />or <br />other orders <br />for <br />payment <br />of <br />money bears <br />the <br />facsimile <br />signature <br />of <br />the Chairman <br />and <br />Clerk of <br />the <br />Circuit Court <br />and <br />further <br />bears the original signature of either the Chairman, Vice Chairman, <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court, or Deputy Clerk, listed below.
