BOOK 91 PAGE -I402 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the above named signatories are <br />hereby authorized to execute any and all signature cards and <br />agreements as requested by the respective banking institutions <br />designated as official depositories by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the use of facsimile signatures <br />is as authorized by Section 116.34, Florida Statutes, the "Uniform <br />Facsimile Signature of Public Officials Act." <br />The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner <br />a c ht and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Adams and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman John W. Administrator Chandler and Attorney <br />Vitunac were not included in that increase, because the County's <br />contracts with those individuals provide for their increases to be <br />negotiated with the Board.
