I <br />r <br />In planning staff's opinion, all of the revisions described above <br />reflect the direction given to staff by the Board at its December <br />14th meeting. The Board is now to consider final adoption of the <br />proposed ordinance. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners adopt the <br />proposed ordinance containing amendments to the county's land <br />development regulations (LDRs). <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone <br />wished to be heard in this matter or in regard to the other <br />amendments to the Land Development Regulations. There being none, <br />he closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 94-1, amending the following chapters of <br />the Land Development Regulations (LDRs): Chapter <br />901, Definitions; Chapter 904, Nonconformities; <br />Chapter 911, Zoning; Chapter 912, Single Family <br />Development; Chapter 917, Accessory uses and <br />structures; Chapter 925, Open Burning/Air Curtain <br />Incinerator Regulations; Chapter 932, Coastal <br />Management; Chapter 971, Regulations for Specific <br />Land Use Criteria; and Chapter 972, Temporary Uses, <br />and providing for repeal of conflicting provisions, <br />codification, severability and effective date. <br />13 <br />BOOK 91 PAGE 423 <br />� JAN 5 1,994 � <br />
