JAN 111994 <br />BOOK U1 FACE UZJ ` <br />Commissioner Adams felt that at some point the Board has to <br />give some direction that belts need to be tightened even more. All <br />the department heads come in with this big broad wish list, but it <br />is not going to happen because we are looking for rollbacks. <br />OMB Director Joe Baird pointed out that the Constitutionals' <br />budgets are taking up the greatest share of the tax dollars.
