IIS -90 -19 -CS <br />FEC RIGHT-OF-WAY AGREEMEN'P <br />BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS <br />On June 9, 1992, the Indian River County Board of County <br />Commissioners approved the design and construction of a sewer force <br />main in a cooperative venture with a public works road renovation on <br />Oslo Road east. The force main will run from Lateral J east to the <br />existing force main on the east side of US 1. As part of this <br />construction, a jack and bore must be made under the FEC <br />right-of-way. In order to permit this part of the project, a <br />right-of-way agreement must be entered into with the FEC (see <br />attached). <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends approval <br />of the attached FEC agreement as presented. <br />W <br />
