As allowed under provisions of the LDRs, Sebastian Family Care,
Inc. is requesting a full one year extension of the site plan
approval expiration date. Pursuant to Chapter 914 of the LDRs, the
Board of County Commissioners may deny, approve, or approve with
additional conditions the requested site plan extension. Staff has
no objections to the Board granting the request since the
previously approved site plan substantially conforms to existing
LDR requirements.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve
Sebastian Family Care Inc.'s request for a one year extension of
the conditional site plan approval, with all original site plan
approval conditions to remain in effect.
