Qj <br />Capital Projects Manager <br />SUBJECT: Intersection Improvements at*10th Court and 37th Street <br />DATE: April 4, 1994 FILE: 10thCt.agn <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Attached is an Agreement for construction of roadway widening and <br />drainage improvements on 10th Court at 37th Street. The Agreement <br />provides for the Developer, Indian River Memorial Hospital, Inc., <br />to construct improvements on 10th Court north of 37th Street, on <br />Indian River Memorial Hospital Driveway and along the north and <br />south side of 37th Street. The County will reimburse the Developer <br />for the cost of widening and drainage improvements on 10th Court <br />north of 37th Street and on the north side of 37th Street. <br />Indian River Memorial Hospital has deposited $18,576.02 with the <br />n County for construction of signalization at the intersection of <br />10th Court and 37th Street. -The proposed widening and drainage <br />improvements must be completed before the County can install the <br />signalization. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends that the Chairman be authorized to execute the <br />attached Agreement. <br />Agreement between Indian River County and Indian River Memorial <br />Hospital, Inc. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Agreement with Indian River Memorial Hospital, <br />Inc., for construction of roadway widening and <br />drainage improvements on 10th Court at 37th Street. <br />AGREEMENT <br />IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />,p <br />APR 1 Z 1994 <br />109 <br />BOOK 9 [':Ut.900 <br />
