77 <br />Tuesday, April 12, 1994 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, April 12, 1994, <br />at 9:00 a.m. Present were John W. Tippin, Chairman; Kenneth R. <br />Macht, Vice Chairman; Fran B. Adams; Richard N. Bird; and Carolyn <br />K. Eggert. Also present were James E. Chandler, County <br />Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney; and Patricia <br />Held, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order, and County <br />Administrator Jim Chandler led the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Commissioner Adams requested the addition of Item 7.F., <br />Support for Sebastian River Mariculture Project Grant Proposal. <br />Commissioner Eggert requested the addition of Item 13.E., <br />Display Advertisements for BCC Workshops. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously added the <br />above._items to the Agenda.. <br />PROCLAMATIONS AND PRESENTATIONS <br />Chairman Bird read aloud the following Proclamation and <br />presented it to Linda Downey, president of the Junior Service <br />League and Jacelyn Block, director of the Volunteer Program: <br />APR 12 1994 <br />BOOK r,ar,F% <br />
