Gentile, <br />Civil Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Resolutions to Provide for the Paving and Drainage Improvements to and set Public <br />Hearing date for. <br />63rd Avenue between 4th Street and 8th Street in Pinetree Park Subdivision <br />DATE: April 6, 1994 <br />The County Public Works Department has received a petition for a public improvement assessment <br />for road paving and drainage improvements for the following: <br />63rd Avenue between 4th Street and 8th Street in Pinetree Park Subdivision <br />The petition was signed by owners of 26 of the 42 properties in the proposed benefited area. This <br />represents 6296 of the property owners in the proposed benefited area who are in favor of having this <br />road paved.. <br />A separate resolution will need to be adopted to hold a Public Hearing to discuss the advisability, <br />cost and amount of the assessment against each property owner. <br />This Public Hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 24, 1994 at 9:05 A.M. in the County <br />Commission Chambers. <br />An assessment roll and plat has been prepared and filed with the Clerk :o the 1!c ---d of C:,unty <br />Commissioners. <br />It is recommended that the Board: <br />1) Adopt the resolution providing for the paving and drainage improvements for the projects <br />subject to the terms outlined in the resolution. The applicable interest rate shall be <br />established by the Board of County Commissioners at the time the final assessment roll is <br />approved - <br />2) Adopt a resolution setting the time and place of the Public Hearing. <br />12 <br />
