There being no others who wished to be heard, Chairman Tippin <br />closed the Public Hearing. <br />Commissioner Adams was concerned about the five conditions <br />presented by Attorney Barkett. She felt those conditions should go <br />before the Planning & Zoning Commission in their consideration of <br />site plan approval. She preferred to stay with the two conditions <br />set forth in staff's recommendation. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, that the Board grant special <br />exception use and conceptual site plan approval <br />(revised design plan)_ for the St. Edward's Upper <br />School expansion with the two conditions set forth <br />in staff's recommendation. <br />Under discussion, Commissioner Macht understood then that the <br />conditions presented by Attorney Barkett would be reviewed by the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission under their normal process. <br />THE -CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR -THE QUESTION. <br />The Motion carried unanimously. <br />PUBLIC HEARING - SULLIVAN REQUEST FOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT SPECIAL <br />EXCEPTION USE AND PRELIMINARY PD PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 134 -UNIT <br />RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br />Attorney Vitunac announced that this Public Hearing has been <br />properly advertised, as follows: <br />13 <br />APR 2 6 1994 <br />Boos 92 FAu.265 <br />
