With regard to moving the existing <br />buffer, St. Edward's intends to move it within a reasonable time, <br />180 days. <br />Attorney Stewart believed everybody came away satisfied and <br />had shown good spirit in sitting down and working through these <br />issues. <br />Bruce Barkett, attorney for the residents of Sandpointe West, <br />thanked the Board for the two -week's postponement of this public <br />hearing. He agreed that the discussions were productive. While <br />they have come to agreement on the terms and conditions, they have <br />not agreed on the method of implementation. Because this matter is <br />going forward before the plat has been revised, they believe that <br />the conditions they have agreed to must be put as special <br />conditions of approval in order to be enforceable. <br />Attorney Barkett gave a copy of the following outline of <br />conditions to Chairman Tippin: <br />PROPOSED CONDITIONS FOR ST. EDWARD'S CONCEPTUAL <br />SPECIAL EXCEPTION PLAN APPROVAL SP -MA -94-04-10 <br />In addition to the Staff's recommendation•for approval of the <br />above -referenced application, the property owners of Sandpointe <br />Subdivision recommend the following conditions: <br />1. That a type "B" perimeter bufferkbe installed _Y t-. <br />ELd� within ninety (90) days of conceptual plan approval. <br />2. That the sketch or plan of the proposed building <br />submitted at the April 11, 1994 meeting of the Board of County <br />Commissioners be adopted as the standard against which the site <br />plan will be measured: no greater area of the building shall <br />extend further north.than.the northernmost lines of the building <br />depicted on the said plan at 50 feet, 62 feet, etc., nor shall any <br />greater area of the building extend further west, nor shall the <br />building be divided into two or more buildings unless it is -ta w►►�w <br />Foo-��,� t,,s r.aarn 7 7y -L of the building envelope or envelopes <br />parallel to the road. <br />3. That the building shall be limited to one story and have <br />a sloped roof with barrel tiles with a height not to exceed 20 feet <br />above finished floor elevation. <br />4. That no building shall be <br />placed west of the west line of the building depicted on the April <br />4, 1994 plan. <br />5.
