Colnty <br />This letter is in Follow --up to my letter to <br />Don' Uona-Tdisr✓ion dated" <br />April 14, 1994, and our conversation on April <br />21, 1994. <br />The Department does not foresee the need to modify the design of <br />the individual patented submerged breakwater units, <br />The Department's concerns are focused on the impact of the proposed <br />(structure on -the shoreline immediately landwnrd of the structure <br />and adjacent-: shorelines. These concerns may require the County to <br />modify the proposed configuration of the units, based on the <br />physical end numerioal modelling, which is part of the permit <br />'application process.
