Miscellaneous Budget'Amendment #015 <br />The Board reviewed memo from OMB Director Joe Baird dated <br />April 27, 1994: <br />TO: Members of the Board <br />of County Commissioners <br />DATE: April 27, 1994 <br />SUBJECT: MISCELLANEOUS BUDGET AMENDMENT 015 <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />FROM: Joseph A. B <br />OMB Directo <br />;* <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />The attached budget amendment is to appropriate funding for the following: <br />1. At their January 4, 1994 meeting, the Board of County Commissioners approved <br />amendment # 1 for the indoor air quality study for the County Administration <br />Building by Gee & Jenson in the amount of $10,750. This appropriates the <br />funding. <br />2. Donations for books have been received by the North County Library. This <br />.amendment allocates the donations. <br />3. This amendment to Emergency Services District Fire Department budget is for <br />reimbursing firefighters for back pay of overtime amounting to $12,796 plus <br />$4,763 for associated benefits due to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FISA). <br />4. This is to authorize the transfer of funds for the purc$ase of a computer for the <br />Board of County Commissioners office. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the attached budget <br />amendment number 014. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved <br />Budget Amendment No. 015: <br />MAY d9 9 92W '���330'eoo�. <br />�r�jC+ r <br />
