O'Brien, Assistant County Attorney <br />DATE: April 22, 1994 <br />SUBJECT: PROPOSED ORDINANCE ENTITLED: <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, AMENDING <br />SECTIONS 307.04 AND 307.06 OF - THE INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY CODE TO PLACE ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS ON <br />COUNTY PARKING FACILITIES. <br />The attached ordinance has been prepared amending Sections 307.04 <br />and 307.06 to provide for specific regulations with respect to the use of <br />County owned or leased parking areas. <br />A public hearing date of May 24, 1994 is suggested. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously set a <br />public hearing on May 24, 1994 to consider an <br />ordinance amending Sections 307.04 and 308.08 of the <br />Code to place additional restrictions on County <br />parking facilities. <br />H.
