Vitunac, County Attorney <br />DATE: May -3, 1994 <br />RE: COUNTY TAX DEED APPLICATIONS <br />The Board of County Commissioners at its meeting August 3, 1993, approved and <br />authorized the County to file several tax deed applications with the Tax <br />Collector on properties with outstanding tax certificates. As part of the <br />process of transferring title to the County, the Clerk's Office has notified <br />us that they are ready to proceed with the following tax deed sales and, <br />therefore, the following sums are due: <br />(1) Certificate #91-5366 $167.37 <br />(2) Certificate $91-5401 $199.98 <br />TOTAL $367.35 <br />REQUESTED ACTION: Staff recommends that the Board authorize the <br />payment of the above amount to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by _ <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously authorized <br />payment of $367.35 to the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court, as recommended by staff. <br />10 <br />
