Very little <br />capital expense is included because most of what is needed will be <br />provided with the new Courthouse. The budget includes the normal" <br />step raises in the pay plan he has in place and 2 new employees who <br />will be involved in the transcription of appeals using the new <br />video transcription program. This will effect a savings in the <br />BCC general fund department 1905. <br />Commissioner Bird asked how many parking spaces will be needed <br />in the.. new garage for the Clerk's employees, and Mr. Barton <br />estimated that there will be a need for 90-100 parking spaces which <br />includes the Sheriff's employees. That doesn't include the jurors, <br />however. The heaviest day is. Monday when jurors are selected for <br />the rest of the week. <br />2 <br />
