JUN 71994 2 trxaWt <br />r <br />IN COURTHOUSE ADVISORY COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION TO INVITE STEVEN <br />GRIMES, CHIEF JUSTICE OF SUPREME COURT OF FLORIDA, TO PARTICIPATE <br />IN THE OPENING CEREMONIES FOR THE NEW COURTHOUSE <br />Commissioner Macht advised that the Courthouse Advisory <br />Committee -requested that Chief Justice Grimes be invited to <br />participate in the opening ceremonies for the new Courthouse. <br />Brief discussion followed as to the status of the invitation to <br />United States Attorney General Janet Reno. The Commissioners were <br />advised that we will know by early August if Attorney General Reno <br />will attend. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously <br />approved the invitation to Chief Justice <br />Grimes. <br />REQUEST TO SET PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ORDINANCE REGARDING <br />ETHICS <br />Commissioner Macht requested a public hearing to consider a <br />code of ethics and conduct ordinance he submitted at the meeting. <br />Commissioners requested more time to review the language and <br />asked that the item be brought back at the next meeting. <br />LICENSE ADDENDUM - AIR MASTERS RADIO CONTROL CLUB - COUNTY <br />FAIRGROUNDS PROPERTY <br />The Board reviewed the following letter from Air Masters R/C <br />Club. <br />AIR MASTERS R/C CLUB <br />1332 Damask Lane <br />Sebastian, FL 32958 <br />(407) 388-3412 - <br />April 4, 1994 <br />Mr. James W.
