Keating, AICP lAAkb <br />Community Development Director <br />DATE: June 20, 1994 <br />SUBJECT: SCHEDULE FOR MOORINGS APPEAL HEARINGS <br />At its meeting of June 7, 1994, the Board approved staff's request <br />to set. July 12, 1994, as the date at which both Moorings appeal <br />hearings would be held. One appeal relates to staff's <br />interpretation of the grocery store/supermarket definition issue, <br />while the other appeal concerns the site plan. To accommodate the <br />large number of people expected to attend that meeting, staff has <br />reserved the Vero Beach High School auditorium for the meeting. <br />30 <br />
