JUN 211994 <br />ANALYSIS <br />BOOK 92 PACE 695 <br />All Indian River County requirements have been met. The original <br />contract price was $29,300.00, and the final price is $30,336.58, <br />which includes an additional invoice of $1,036.58 for fill dirt. <br />The additional fill was needed at the Rivers Edge wastewater <br />treatment plant site for the backfilling, compaction and grading of <br />the site. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends that the <br />Board of County Commissioners approve the attached invoices <br />totaling $30,336.58 as payments in full for services rendered. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously approved <br />payment to Jim Wright Construction of 2 invoices <br />totaling $30,336.58 as set out in staff's <br />recommendation. <br />INVOICE REQUESTS ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK <br />TO THE BOARD <br />EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT <br />The Chairman announced that immediately upon adjournment, the <br />Board would reconvene as the District Board of Commissioners of <br />the Emergency Services District. <br />There being no further business, on Motion duly made, seconded <br />and carried, the Board adjourned at 9:44 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />J.
