's Request for Final Plat <br />Approval for a Subdivision to be Known as Gracewood Lane <br />[SD-94-01-01/IRC #93090029-001] <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of June 28, 1994. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS:. <br />Gracewood Lane is a proposed 12 acre single family subdivision <br />containing 14 -lots. The subject site is located between Smugglers <br />Cove and the Wyn Cove Subdivisions, or approximately 2 miles south <br />of the 17th Street bridge on the east side of A -1-A. The property <br />is zoned RS -3, Residential Single Family (up to 3 units per acre) <br />and is to be developed at a density of 0.86 units per acre. <br />On November 18, 1993, the Planning and Zoning Commission granted <br />preliminary plat approval for Gracewood Lane Subdivision. A land <br />development permit has been issued for construction of the required <br />subdivision improvements. The final plat request was submitted <br />with the following documents: <br />1. A plat in conformance with the originally approved preliminary <br />plat; <br />2. An Engineer's Certified Cost Estimate to complete construction <br />of the Required Subdivision Improvements; <br />3. A Contract for Construction of Required Subdivision <br />Improvements; <br />4. A security agreement, acceptable to the County Attorney's <br />Office, to guarantee the submitted Contract for Construction. <br />4 <br />J <br />
