Stormwater Management: The stormwater management plan has <br />been reviewed and approved by the Public Works Department. <br />The applicant will be required to obtain a Type "B" stormwater <br />management permit prior to site plan release. <br />10. Landscape Plan: The landscape plan is in conformance with <br />Chapter 926 requirements, including a Type "B" buffer with a <br />6' opaque vegetative feature along the project's north <br />property line in accordance with golf course specific land use <br />criteria (see item #13.b., below). <br />11. Utilities: The project will be serviced by public water and <br />wastewater from the City of Vero Beach. These utility <br />provisions have been approved by the City of Vero Beach <br />Utilities Department and the Environmental Health Department. <br />12. Concurrency: There are no concurrency requirements for this <br />project, since the maintenance facility is accessory to the <br />existing, overall Moorings Club. <br />13.
