BOOK 92 FACE 851 <br />Median Opening Violation <br />Please refer to letter from Attorney Steve Henderson to Robert <br />Keating. <br />952/29 "No medial opening shall be spaced at a distance less <br />than six hundred sixty (660) feet from any signalized <br />intersection or median opening, except that median <br />openings may be spaced at a lesser distance based upon a <br />traffic study and impact analysis; but in no case shall <br />median openings be spaced at less than three hundred <br />thirty (330) feet.
