This is based <br />upon a level of service standard of 250 gallons/ERUTday. Water <br />lines extend to the site from the South County Reverse Osmosis <br />Plant which currently has a remaining capacity of approximately <br />21400,000 gallons/day and therefore can accommodate the potable <br />water demand associated with the proposed amendment. <br />- Wastewater <br />Based upon the proposed 1,517,175 square feet of retail commercial, <br />development of the property will have a wastewater generation rate <br />of approximately 4.55 Equivalent Residential Units (ERU), or 113,750 <br />gallons/day. This is based upon the level of service standard of <br />250 gallons/ERU/day. The site is serviced by the West County <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant which currently has a remaining capacity <br />of more than 400,000 gallons/day and can accommodate the additional <br />wastewater generated by the proposed amendment. <br />29 <br />July 19, 1994 <br />e <br />
