<br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County hereby gives notice of a PUBLIC
<br />HEARING to be held at 9:05 a.m. on July 19, 1994
<br />In the County Commission Chambers of the County
<br />Administration Building, located at 1840 25th
<br />Streeti Vero Beach, Florida. The subject of the
<br />hearing is a proposal by the Edward J. DeBartolo
<br />Corporation to develop a project to be known as
<br />the Indian River Mall. The project Is to consist of a
<br />r I mail, community shopping center, and pe -
<br />rip ral commercial development all totalling ap-
<br />proximately 1,500,000 square feet of gross building
<br />area. The total D.R.I. site area consists of +-164.5
<br />acres located on the east side of 66th Avenue be-
<br />tween S.R. 60 and 26th Street (see location map).
<br />AB documents pertaining to this D.R.I. request are
<br />filed In the Indian River County Planning Division,
<br />2nd floor of the County Administration Building lo-
<br />cated at 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, 2'rlda.
<br />Documents may be reviewed by members of the
<br />public during normal business hours. An members
<br />of the public are invited to attend and participate In
<br />the public hearing. This official public notice is
<br />hereby gIv�n b yf the Board of Commission-
<br />ers of Indian giver County, Florida, that the Board
<br />Intends to conduct a public hearing pursuant to
<br />Chapter 380.06 Florida Statutes for the referenced
<br />D.R.I. approval request.
<br />This notice Is being published at least sixty (60)
<br />days In advance of the public hearing by the Board
<br />of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, and Is In addition to any required public,
<br />no"s) of local public hearings to be conducted by,
<br />the Board of County Commissioners pursuant to
<br />notice and public hearing provisions of the Code of
<br />Law and Ordinances of Indian River County,. Flor-
<br />ida, where applicable.
