This is <br />based upon a level of service standard of 250 gallons /ERU/day. <br />Since the South County Water Plant currently has a remaining <br />capacity of approximately 2,300,000 gallons/day, the plant can <br />accommodate the additional demand generated by the proposed zoning. <br />- Wastewater <br />The site is within the urban service area;. however, wastewater <br />lines do not extend to the site at this time. _ Prior to <br />consideration of this request by the Board of County Commissioners, <br />the applicant must enter into a developer's agreement with the <br />county which states that the developer agrees to connect to the <br />county wastewater system at the time of development. <br />When the subject property connects to county lines, it will be <br />serviced by the West County Wastewater Plant. Based upon the most <br />intense use allowed under the proposed zoning district, development <br />of the property will have a wastewater generation rate of <br />approximately 120 Equivalent Residential Units (ERU), or 30,000 <br />gallons/day. This is based upon the level of service standard of <br />250 gallons/ERU/day. The West County Wastewater Plant currently <br />has a remaining capacity of more than 430,000 gallons/day and can <br />accommodate the additional wastewater generated by the proposed <br />rezoning. <br />kV <br />July 26, 1994 <br />
