456 <br />Notary Public bond of S. 11. Reiser, Fellmnere, in the sum of $500.00 with American <br />Surety Company, a corporation, as surety was approved. <br />It was ordered that Be C. -Stalvey, Vero Beach, be stricken from the pauper list, <br />it appearing that he has recovered from sickness and now at work. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were examir <br />and found correet, were approved, and warrants ordered issued in settlement of same. <br />Such bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk Circuit Court. The <br />warrants issued in settlement of such bills and accounts being listed completely in the <br />County Finance Record, as provided by law, reference to such record and the list so <br />recorded being made a part of these minutes as fully and completely as if the same were <br />set out herein in detail. <br />The County Depository filed its monthly report of receipts and warrants paid, whi <br />having been checked over was found to be correct. <br />The Clerk of the Circuit Court having prepared estimates of the revenue and `receipt <br />from sources other than, from taxes to be levied, reasonably to be expected from the firs <br />day of October, 1933, to the 30th day of September, 1934/9 the said estimates having beer <br />properly verified under oath were ordered spread upon the minutes of the Board and the <br />original to be filed as a part of the records of the Board, and is in words and figures <br />as follows: <br />GENERAL REVENUE FUND. <br />Occupational and beer license ............ $10750.00 <br />Race Track Funds ......................... 4,700.00 <br />$6,450.00 <br />FINE & FORFEITURE FUND. <br />Fines and costs..........................$2,500.00 $29500.00 <br />�f <br />MOTHERS PENSION FUND. <br />Fhoe Track Funds ..:...................... 700.00 700.00 <br />INTEREST & SINKING FUND. <br />Race Track Funds.........................$59000.00 $59000.00 <br />The Tax Assessor having presented his books showing the assessed valuation of <br />property for examination by the Board in compliance with the requirements of Section 9 <br />of compiled laws of Florida, and the Board of County Commissioners having given notice <br />f if teen (15) days by publication in the Vero Beach Press -Journal, a newspaper published <br />at Vero Beach, in the County of Indian River, that the Board would met on this day as a <br />Board of Equalizers for the purpose of hearing complaints and receiving testimony as to <br />the value of any property, real, personal or mixed, as fixed by the County Tax Assessor <br />of taxes for assessment for the taxes for the year 19339 the owners and agents of <br />property, who appeared for that purpose, were allowed to make full and complete state- <br />ments as to the valuation of the property owned or represented by them and the Tax <br />Assessor and the members of the Board having fully discussed the statements and facts <br />as presented at this time, decided that no change be made on the assessment rola at <br />this time.
